Through an approach of experiential learning, EXPLORE provides students with a hands-on approach to career exploration. With an average of three collegiate major changes, EXPLORE helps to identify suitable career pathways to alleviate extended time in college. Students are exposed to multiple avenues within career fields to learn more about careers that are not typically promoted.
GENERATION NEXT brings shared experiences of professionals into the classroom allowing students to engage in meaningful conversations with individuals from different career fields. Students are equipped with activities preparing them to glean pertinent information about college and careers from those who do the work.
